MOSCOW, June 23 – PRIME. Shareholders of En + Group at the annual meeting decided not to pay dividends for last year, follows from the company’s materials.
The Russian stock market grew by 1.31%
“The net profit received by the company based on the results of work for 2021 should not be distributed, dividends on shares for 2021 should not be paid,” the message says.
At the end of 2020, the company also did not pay dividends.
The net profit of En+ Group under IFRS at the end of 2021 amounted to $3.534 billion, an increase of almost 3.5 times compared to the previous year.
En+ Group is a vertically integrated aluminum and electricity producer founded by businessman Oleg Deripaska. The company combines power generating assets with an installed capacity of 19.6 GW (including 15.1 GW of hydropower assets) and aluminum production with an annual capacity of 3.9 million tons (through a controlling stake in UC Rusal).
