A resident of Krasnokamsk (Perm Territory) sued two million rubles in compensation for non-pecuniary damage for the death of her son, a soldier who died during treatment.
The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation acted as defendants, since the death occurred during the period of conscription military service, and the doctor who prescribed the treatment was an employee of the military unit.
This happened more than two years ago – at the beginning of 2020. “In February 2020, he felt unwell and went to the doctor of the military unit where he served,” the press service of the Krasnokamsk City Court reports. “The doctor, without properly delving into the medical documents, not paying attention to the fact that the soldier was allergic to certain drugs, prescribed a treatment that killed the son of a resident of Krasnokamsk.”
The court found the paramedic guilty under Part 2 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing death by negligence due to improper performance by a person of his professional duties).
PS This is to the fact that tens of thousands of people were pierced with the vaccine without any preliminary examination.
